Collection: Supplements

Our full range of natural supplements — organic where certification allows, made in-house in Leicestershire, and formulated without unnecessary fillers or additives. From everyday vitamins to adaptogens and nootropics, this is the place to start if you're looking for something specific.

What makes these natural supplements different

Every product in this range starts from the same rule: one ingredient, made properly, with nothing added to disguise a shortcut. That means real moringa leaf, real turmeric root, real psyllium husk — not a blend padded out with flowing agents or bulking powders to hit a price point. It's a small range for a reason: we'd rather sell products we trust than pad the catalogue with ones we don't.

How we make them

Our natural supplements are made in-house at our SALSA-accredited facility in Leicestershire, not outsourced to a contract manufacturer. Wherever certification allows, ingredients are Soil Association organic — independently audited, not self-declared. Capsule shells are HPMC, a plant-derived cellulose, so the range is suitable for vegans and vegetarians. Where we can package plastic-free, we do: reusable aluminium tins and paper refill pouches, both kerbside recyclable.

Health supplements, honestly

We're often asked whether a supplement "works" in a specific way, and we'd rather give a straight answer than an exaggerated one. Many of the herbs and whole foods in this range — ashwagandha, moringa, turmeric among them — have centuries of traditional use in Ayurvedic and herbal practice. That history is part of why we stock them. But we don't make medicinal claims, and food supplements aren't a substitute for a balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle. If you want guidance on whether a particular supplement suits your circumstances, a qualified nutritional therapist or your GP is the right person to ask — we're happy to tell you what's in the tin, not to tell you what it will do for you.

Frequently asked questions

Are your natural supplements organic?

Most of them, yes — look for the Soil Association organic mark on each product page. A small number of items, such as our marine collagen, aren't organic by nature of their source, and we say so clearly on those pages.

Where are your supplements made?

In-house, by our family team, at our SALSA-accredited facility in Leicestershire.

Do your capsules contain fillers or binders?

No. Our capsule products contain the active ingredient and an HPMC (plant cellulose) shell — nothing else.

Are these supplements suitable for vegans?

Yes, with one exception: our marine collagen, which is fish-derived and suitable for pescatarians rather than vegans or vegetarians. Every other product in the range is vegan and vegetarian.
