The Hemp Protein Capsules weren’t designed to deliver large amounts of protein for things like meal replacement or heavy supplementation. Each serving (3 capsules) provides a small amount of protein — around 1.5g — which, as you pointed out, would require a lot of capsules to add up to something like 30g.

We originally developed this product for a specific customer who was experiencing malnourishment and needed a very gentle, easy-to-take option to help supplement their diet in small, manageable amounts. Once we’d done the work to develop it, we decided to make it available for others who might be in a similar situation — though we completely agree that for most people, this format doesn’t make sense as a primary source of protein.

If you’re looking for a practical way to supplement meals with meaningful amounts of plant-based protein, we’d definitely recommend our hemp protein powder instead — it’s much more concentrated and ideal for smoothies, shakes, or baking. You can find it by searching “hemp protein” in our shop.

While capsules wouldn't practically replace your current 30–40g servings of hemp protein powder, they can still provide beneficial nutrients in smaller, convenient amounts. Hemp contains a wide range of beneficial nutrients beyond protein, including vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, making capsules a supportive nutritional boost for people who aren't already regularly consuming hemp protein in large quantities.
