Myo-Inositol Powder — Pure Inositol Supplement | 60g & 120g
Our Myo-Inositol Powder is a 100% pure inositol supplement — one ingredient, nothing else. Fine-milled myo-inositol that dissolves cleanly in water, juice, or any cold drink, with a naturally mild sweetness. Made at our family-run facility in Leicestershire, plastic-free, and exactly what it says on the tin.
Which size is right for you?
Each size is designed as a 30-day supply at its intended daily dose — though the powder format gives you the flexibility to adjust to exactly what works for you.
| Size | Suggested daily dose | Myo-inositol per day | Supply at stated dose |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60g | 1 teaspoon (2g) once daily | 2,000mg (2g) | 30 days |
| 120g | 1 teaspoon (2g) twice daily | 4,000mg (4g) | 30 days |
Prefer a lower daily dose? The 120g tin lasts up to 60 days at 2g per day — giving you full control over how much you take and how long each tin lasts. Available on subscribe-and-save plans at 1, 2, or 3-monthly delivery intervals.
One level teaspoon measures approximately 2g. We don’t include a plastic scoop — a standard kitchen teaspoon is all you need, and leaving the scoop out keeps our packaging completely plastic-free.

What is myo-inositol?
Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring compound found throughout the human body and in a wide range of everyday foods — particularly in fruits, beans, grains, and nuts. It is the most abundant of the nine naturally occurring forms of inositol, and sometimes informally referred to as vitamin B8, though it is technically a carbocyclic sugar rather than a true vitamin. Myo-inositol has been the subject of sustained scientific interest and a growing body of published research. Our powder delivers pure myo-inositol in its simplest form — no extracts, no concentrates, no processing residues.
Why choose ours?
- 100% pure myo-inositol. No fillers, no binders, no anti-caking agents — the active ingredient and nothing else.
- Fine-milling for clean dissolving. Stirs into cold water or juice in seconds, with no grittiness, no clumping, and a mild natural sweetness.
- Flexible dosing. Powder lets you measure 2g, 4g, or any amount in between — something capsules can’t offer.
- Made in-house in Leicestershire. Produced and packed by our small family team in a SALSA-approved facility — not outsourced.
- Plastic-free packaging. A reusable aluminium tin, kerbside recyclable, with no plastic liner and no plastic scoop.
- Non-GMO and non-irradiated. Clean sourcing, batch to tin.
How to use it
Measure one level teaspoon (approximately 2g) and stir into a glass of water, juice, or any cold drink. Myo-inositol dissolves easily without heat and has a naturally mild sweetness. A common daily amount is 2g to 4g — either as a single dose or split into two servings morning and evening. Do not exceed 4g per day without guidance from a healthcare professional.

Frequently asked questions
What is myo-inositol used for?
Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring compound found in food and produced by the body. It is widely taken as a daily food supplement. As a food supplement manufacturer we do not make specific health claims — if you are looking for guidance on whether myo-inositol is right for your circumstances, a GP or qualified nutritional therapist is the best person to advise.
What does inositol do?
Myo-inositol is naturally present throughout the body and in many foods, and has been the subject of extensive scientific research. There is a substantial body of published literature available if you want to explore the science — we simply cannot summarise it here in the form of health claims, as UK food supplement regulations do not permit that.
What is the difference between myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol?
Myo-inositol and d-chiro inositol are two of nine naturally occurring forms of inositol. Myo-inositol is by far the most abundant in nature and in the human body. Some products combine both forms — often at a 40:1 myo-to-d-chiro ratio — based on research into naturally occurring inositol ratios. Our product is pure myo-inositol only. If you are looking for a combination formula, that is a separate product category.
Is myo-inositol powder better than capsules?
Neither is categorically better — it depends entirely on preference. Powder lets you adjust your dose precisely and dissolve it into a drink; capsules offer a fixed, portable dose with no measuring. We sell both: this powder and our separate Myo-Inositol Capsules. Some people use the powder at home and keep the capsules for travel.
How much myo-inositol powder should I take per day?
One level teaspoon is approximately 2g. A commonly used daily amount is 2g to 4g. Our 60g tin provides 30 days at 2g per day; our 120g tin provides 30 days at 4g per day, or 60 days at 2g per day. Do not exceed 4g per day without advice from a healthcare professional.
When should I take myo-inositol powder?
It can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Many people mix it into a morning drink. If you take 4g daily, splitting it into two 2g doses — one in the morning, one in the evening — is a common approach. Consistency matters more than exact timing.
Are there any side effects from myo-inositol?
Myo-inositol has a long history of use and is generally considered well tolerated. As with any supplement, if you have a pre-existing condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your GP before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount of 4g.
Does myo-inositol powder have a taste?
Yes — a naturally mild sweetness, softer than sugar and considerably less intense. Most people find it pleasant or neutral when mixed into water or juice. It does not have a noticeable flavour of its own.
How long does each tin last?
The 60g tin provides 30 days at 2g per day. The 120g tin provides 30 days at 4g per day, or up to 60 days at 2g per day.
How should I store myo-inositol powder?
Store in the sealed tin in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Avoid storing in a bathroom. The powder may clump slightly if exposed to moisture — this does not affect quality. Simply break up any lumps before measuring.
