What's inside — and what isn't

Most turmeric capsules on the market contain a fraction of active botanical — padded out with bulking agents, binders, and flowing agents. Ours contain exactly two ingredients, both active:

• Organic Turmeric Root Powder (Curcuma longa) — 500mg per capsule, ~5% curcuminoids
• Organic Black Pepper Powder (Piper nigrum) — 15mg per capsule

No magnesium stearate. No silicon dioxide. No fillers of any kind. The capsule shell is HPMC — a plant cellulose material, making it 100% vegan-friendly.

How to take them

Take up to four capsules daily with water, ideally with food. You can take them all at once or spread throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of four capsules.

Curcuminoids are the naturally occurring compounds found in turmeric root, of which curcumin is the most studied. Standard turmeric root powder typically contains around 2–3% curcuminoids. Our turmeric contains approximately 5% — around double — giving you a higher level of these compounds per capsule without the need for synthetic concentration.

How much turmeric is in each capsule?

500mg of organic turmeric root powder per capsule, alongside 15mg of organic black pepper powder. Both are active ingredients — there are no fillers or bulking agents in the formula.

Which size should I buy?
