Organic Bee Pollen Capsules 500mg — Spanish origin, UK made
Our Organic Bee Pollen Capsules are made in small batches at our family-run facility in Leicestershire. Each HPMC capsule contains 500mg of Soil Association certified organic bee pollen sourced from hives in Spain — one ingredient, no fillers, no flowing agents. Available in a reusable aluminium tin or a 100% paper refill pouch, both kerbside recyclable.
A note before you take these
Bee pollen is not suitable for people with pollen or bee-related allergies. If you have hay fever, allergic asthma, or any known sensitivity to bee products, please consult a GP or healthcare professional before use. If you are trying bee pollen for the first time and are unsure whether it suits you, start with a very small amount and stop immediately if you notice any adverse reaction.
Which size is right for you?
Each pot is designed as a one-month supply at its intended daily dose.
| Size | Daily dose | Bee pollen per day | Supply |
|---|---|---|---|
| 60 capsules | 2 per day | 1,000mg | 30 days |
| 90 capsules | 3 per day | 1,500mg | 30 days |
| 120 capsules | Up to 4 per day | Up to 2,000mg | 30+ days |
The 120-capsule pot is the most flexible — if you prefer to take two or three per day rather than four, your supply lasts longer. Both the tin and paper pouch are kerbside recyclable.
What's inside — and what isn't
Most supplement brands use flowing agents and binders to speed up encapsulation. We don't. These capsules contain one ingredient: organic bee pollen.
- Organic Bee Pollen (Spanish origin) — 500mg per capsule
- Capsule shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC)
No magnesium stearate. No silicon dioxide. No microcrystalline cellulose. No fillers, binders, or flowing agents of any kind.
What is bee pollen?
Bees collect bee pollen as they move between flowers and carried back to the hive as small granule clusters. It has a naturally sweet, slightly floral flavour. Our pollen comes from carefully managed hives in Spain and is gently dried before encapsulation — no additives, no processing aids.
Why choose ours?
- Soil Association certified organic — our organic certification covers every stage, from hive to capsule. Licence DA25511.
- Single ingredient — 500mg of bee pollen per capsule, nothing else.
- No additives whatsoever — no magnesium stearate, no silicon dioxide, no fillers or binders. Most supplement capsules contain at least two or three excipients; we've chosen to leave them out.
- Spanish origin — sourced from hives in Spain, where bees gather pollen from diverse wildflower landscapes.
- UK made in small batches — filled by our team in Leicestershire, SALSA accredited.
- Plastic-free packaging — reusable aluminium tin or 100% paper refill pouch, both kerbside recyclable.
- Vegan capsule shell — HPMC, not gelatine. Note: bee pollen itself is an animal-derived ingredient and is not considered vegan.
How to take them
Take 2 to 4 capsules daily with water, ideally with food. You can take them all at once or spread them through the day. Do not exceed 4 capsules per day.

Frequently asked questions
- Who should not take bee pollen?
- Bee pollen is not suitable for people with known pollen or bee-related allergies. This includes people with hay fever, allergic asthma, or any sensitivity to bee products. If you are unsure, start with a very small amount and stop immediately if you notice any adverse reaction. Consult a GP or healthcare professional if you have any concerns before starting.
- How much bee pollen is in each capsule?
- Each capsule contains 500mg of organic bee pollen. At the standard dose of 2 capsules per day, you receive 1,000mg of bee pollen daily.
- Which size should I choose?
- If you're new to bee pollen, the 60-capsule pot is a good starting point — it gives a full month at 2 capsules per day. The 120-capsule pot is the best value and the most flexible: take 2 to 4 per day depending on your preference.
- Are these capsules vegan?
- The capsule shell is HPMC (plant cellulose), not gelatine. However, bee pollen is an animal-derived ingredient — it is collected by bees — and is not considered vegan by most standards. It is suitable for vegetarians.
- Where are they made?
- Filled in small batches at our SALSA-accredited facility in Leicestershire. The pollen is sourced from hives in Spain.
- What's the difference between the tin and the pouch?
- Both contain the same capsules. The reusable aluminium tin is designed to be kept and refilled using the 100% paper refill pouch — both are kerbside recyclable. The pouch is the lower-cost option if you already have a tin.
- How should I store them?
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the tin or pouch sealed when not in use. Keep out of reach of children.
Also available as granules
Prefer to eat your bee pollen rather than take capsules? Our Organic Bee Pollen Granules are the same Soil Association certified Spanish pollen in whole granule form — ideal for sprinkling over yoghurt, stirring into smoothies, or adding to porridge.
