Love love love this salt. It has a distinctive oaky taste. Enhances my cooking. It is produced using a unique method where seawater is trickled down a tower made of blackthorn branches, tower is amazing to see, in Ayr … near where I was born. Totally organic. Tasty. I simply cannot live without it. It’s the best salt out there.
Great organic product, I drink this in the evening with a spoon of local honey and a spoon of M&S honey with turmeric and ginger adds sweetness and slight tingle from the ginger.
All great ingredients to help immunity, inflammation, blood pressure etc.
Also helps with cutting down caffeine intake, by not drinking as much tea and coffee.
In the morning I drink the lemon bush tea again with honey,turmeric and ginger.
The teabags are second to none
I am enjoying this cacao powder, I like the taste of it better than the last make of cacao powder that I bought. I ordered the 250 gm size, to make sure I like the taste of this particular cacao, and will probably by 500 gm pack next time. It would be interesting to know the country that produces this particle cacao.

I’ve been taking turmeric for a while, helps with inflammation and joint pain. In combination with a low sugar/carbohydrate diet. Highly recommended
