Licensed Organic & SALSA Certified

We're Ian and Aon, and everything on this page is something you can check for yourself. We've held Soil Association organic certification since 2016, under licence DA25511. Our production site in Bottesford has held SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accreditation since 2019, covering food safety, allergen management and traceability across everything we make.

Neither certification is a one-off award. A Soil Association inspector reviews our organic sourcing and supply chain every year, and a SALSA auditor reviews our production site every year. We've held both without a gap since we first applied.

You don't need to take our word for it. Search "The Natural Health Market" on the Soil Association's licensee lookup to confirm our organic licence, or check our current certificate in the SALSA public directory. Our certificates, past and present, are below.

If you'd like the fuller story, we've written about both in more detail: why we chose Soil Association certification, and why we hold SALSA accreditation.

This ginger tea is the best! It is the strongest I have found - and I tried a lot. Lots of them are really sugary, but this one is completely natural.
