Bought this tea after tasting a sample pack (2). Lovely and refreshing, with a slight sweetness from the Stevia. If you like Hibiscus Tea this this is a winner!

I ordered this after receiving a sample tea bag with an order of pysellium husk. I had also read somewhere that hibiscus tea is good for reducing blood pressure. I only let it brew for 3 - 5 minutes as I find it quite tart. I like the fact that it is organic, packaging and delivery also excellent.

Bought to add to baking and I’m very pleased with the quality. The last time I had Psyllium was around 10 years ago. I had a painful gut reaction and was scared off. No bad reaction with this, just a reminder to drink loads and keep up with my veggies!

Wanted to start taking this again because I listened to an expert talking about the benefits of taking a vitamin C powder in warm water, 5g on an empty ****. Apparently it kills harmful bacteria in the ****. I discovered very quickly that something good is definitely happening as I feel more comfortable - previously I very quickly felt bloated and more hungry than was reasonable. Now I don’t feel the need to cram food into me and am more able to stick to my choice of 2 meals a day intermittent fasting.
