How to take them
Take 2 to 4 capsules daily with water, ideally with food. You can take them together or split across the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of four capsules.

Which size should I buy?

Is hibiscus powder the same as hibiscus tea?

The capsule delivers the complete dried flower material rather than just what steeps out in water.
