Have used it fir many years blood pressure remains stable and also good for arthritic pain.
As I cannot drink the tea tried next best thing Capsules so far I feel good really want to lower my blood pressure it has come down slightly but will keep taking it as it’s only been a short while, I am quite happy with them so far.
