Absolutely love this tea,it's a perfect blend,not too strong,I love it
Very disappointed with this product - does not mix well at all, I've tried both adding it to water/juice and adding the water/juice to it - all I get is a stodgy lump - will not be buying again.
Just ginger, nothing added. Prompt service too. Excellent!
I've purchased organic Goji berries in the past, mostly in small packs from Supermarkets. This proved pretty expensive, so having decided to buy in bulk I purchased two 800g packs from the NHM. The packs are self sealing, they come with a full description of their growing & processing history, it's cost effective purchasing in bulk & finally, the berries themselves are fresh & gorgeous........!

I started taking psyllium as a recommendation from my nutritionist and, firstly, I tried a few different brands but the powder would always get clumpy when I tried to blend it in my smoothie. I found these yerbe mate teabags totally by accident. Knowing they were from 'The Natural Health Market' I knew they would be good as I've been getting my Habiscus tea from them too. Never a let down. I put a bit of honey with mine and they taste great and are very smooth. 😁

I have a cup of this about an hour before bed and it really helps me to go to sleep .
I’ve also had cups sitting the day and can definitely notice a calming effect . Highly recommend them 😊
I find these are great as an anti inflammatory ...
To be honest i take them for joint aches.
Now i ddint think they were working as i would be the first to go for ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain relief..
But i did not want to rely on pharmaceutical pills...
I researched a good organic alternative and turmeric n black peeper came up all the time...
Now i didnt think they were working so good until i had run out and had not orerded another batch on time..
But i tell ya they work as a great anti inflammatory and eased my pain brillantly.
I now cannot live without them..
And i avoid ibuprofen all the time since i have these.
There is not as much flavour in these ginger tea bags as they used to be. Has anything changed in the process of making them?

I love the hibiscus teabags as they come , slightly tart taste which I really enjoy . One or two a day is part of my routine , I drink it rather than taking a supplement.
I start my day with one of my natural health market teabags, i really enjoy the ginger and turmeric as I find them settling in my stomach , distinct and tasty .
Why? Because it is not a mix with lemon or other tastes, it uses only real root ginger and so the taste is superb. There is no better ginger tea on the market.

These tea bags are fabulous. The taste is just right, unlike some I’ve bought before that taste too fragrant and false. Delicious at bedtime with a bit of ground ginger and cinnamon, lemon juice and honey. Makes for the perfect night’s sleep.
Altho' I do like my coffee,some times it's good to vary my routine. I like to take Yerba Mate tea since it gives me the spur without the buzz that can feel a bit too
much from coffee. Also, it has a smooth taste, very drinkable.

I’ve been drinking peppermint tea for years - I suffer with IBS & I find it to be one of the best things to calm my tummy and settle it. This peppermint is by far the BEST I’ve ever tried. It’s a firm favourite and we won’t be going back to any other brand! You can see the leaves in the tea bags - not just ‘dust’ & the taste is far superior than any others we’ve tasted. We can often get two cups out of one tea bag too as it’s full flavoured. Simply love - highly recommend these tea bags!
