I found a recipe for vegan scrambled eggs with tofu and this Himalayan black salt which I had never heard of before. The recipe stress that it would really make the tofu taste like eggs. I was slightly disbelieving of this, but I have to say after you get past the smell of sulphur, the taste is fabulous. It really does resemble that egg flavour. I’m very glad to have found this product and to get it from this company who always deliver really promptly. I also love their little touch of giving a teabag with every purchase.
I'm very pleased with the cherry powder. Been taking powdered ascorbic acid daily for a while but found it could upset my stomach. No problems with the lovely acerola powder. Great colour too.
