Very handy to use when travelling (which is why I bought it) although I use the powder on a day to day basis which I prefer as I like to measure out how much I’m having. I cannot recommend this enough. I started using this a few months ago, together with upping my fibre intake through whole foods. As a perimenopausal 45 year old suffering with bloating, water retention and weight gain round my middle, these two simple lifestyle changes have made me feel better in every way!
