I'm on a "no sugar, gluten or processed foods" diet to manage my long COVID fatigue and chronic pain. I have to make my own muesli(and everything else) from scratch but really miss chocolate and pure cacao powder just don't cut it in the muesli. Adding cacao nibs however is perfect! They're super tasty, just the right amount of crunch and I can't recommend them enough!

The recipe that I decided to make was for a loaf, which required Psyllium Husk Powder, which I'd never heard of, but found it on The Natural Health Market's website, and it was delivered very quickly, and well packaged.

This cacao is beautiful. It tastes SO good and is really reasonably priced! I love it with hot milk just as it is, no sugar needed. I also have it stirred into yoghurt. I have only recently started to take wheatgrass powder in the morning & I am feeling much better for it. However for travel and holidays, I thought the Capsules would be much easier to take with me. I have found them to be great & I the delivery of the item was quick

As I suffer with silent reflux and have had a sore throat and ear (right side) getting on for two years. It is difficult to find remedies that do not aggravate the reflux and that are also pleasurable.

I bought these to try, as I was looking for d3 1000iu, with them being capsules there's no fillers etc, all ingredients are shown, it's an eco friendly company, plastic free, I like the labelling and packaging. I usually buy from a well known company that sells clean vitamins & supplements, unfortunately they don't sell vitamin D3 1000iu or any lower dose without vitamin k2. As I have only recently found The Natural Health market I cannot say how affective these are yet, I monitor my vitamin D levels so I will know when I'm next tested and only using these. Very reasonable price, I'm hoping to try some of the other products in future.

I drink hibiscus tea because my doctor said it helps to lower blood pressure. I have a sweet tooth, but this brand needs no added sugar. It has a subtle pleasant flavour.

Buying from this supplier is cheaper than similar items offered in high street shops.

I'm trying hibiscus tea to reduce my blood pressure (with my Drs approval) after 2 weeks of 2 cups a day there has already been a reduction and an added bonus is the tea is delicious and refreshing!

Thes raw cacao nibs are the real deal. Delicious sprinkled on greek yoghurt or in overnight oats or porridge. They are just how true chocolate should taste, robust, dark, and lovely. I hope to continue to get these as they are truly a nutrient dense food.

I think this is the best commercially produced spirulina that you can get. The findings of the 'Nutritional Quality and Safety of the Spirulina Dietary Supplements Sold On The Slovenian Market' study would support this. I trust the product more than corresponding Chinese ones.
