What changed & why
Points programmes sound great on paper, but in practice they're frustrating — you accumulate points slowly, it's hard to know what they're worth, and many customers never actually use them. We wanted to do better.
Store credit is straightforward: you earn 5% back on every order, and it appears in your account as a real pound-and-pence balance. When you're ready to use it, just tick a box at checkout — it comes straight off your total. No codes, no minimum thresholds, no conversion maths.
How store credit works
You shop
Place any order on our website as normal. No opt-in required.
We ship, you earn
When your order is dispatched, 5% of the order value is automatically added to your account as store credit.
Use it at checkout
Sign in and tick "Apply store credit" in the Payment section. It comes straight off your total.
Where to find your balance: Sign in to your account at account.thenaturalhealthmarket.co.uk and look under Profile → Payment Methods. You'll also see your balance automatically at checkout.
Important: Store credit is only visible and usable when you are signed in during checkout. It won't appear for guest checkout or if you use express checkout buttons (Google Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay) — use the standard "Check out" button from your cart.
