Coconut powder is ground white meat from mature coconuts; coconut flour is made from the same part of the coconut but is pressed to remove more of the oil and then micro-milled to give a light flour consistency.
How To Use Coconut Flour
As with all coconut products, coconut flour is very versatile; it can be utilised as a substitute for regular flour and makes amazing waffles, bread, cupcakes and biscuits or even added to smoothies; feeling hardcore? Add to water and drink for a protein and fibre hit!
