Please read the following information very carefully; outlined on this page are the terms and conditions of delivery for TheNaturalHealthMarket.co.uk. If you have any further questions or you are unclear about any point of our terms and conditions, please email us.

How do I qualify for free delivery if I spend over £30?

Free delivery is available for total orders (not including shipping) over £30. Free delivery is only valid for England, Scotland & Wales & is only available for ‘Standard Delivery.’ The total weight of the order must not be over kg (kilogram). 2 kg (two kilograms) is the total package weight, including all packaging and not product weight.

If your order costs over £30 but weighs over 2 kg, the first 2 kg will be free. If your total package weight is 2.5 kg and the total order value, not including delivery fees, is over £30, then you will only have to pay for 0.5 kg; the first 2 kg will be free.

UK Delivery Times & Cost:

If you select ‘Standard Delivery’ while checking out, you should expect to receive your order within 3-5 (three to five)  working days, our preferred courier is Royal Mail, but we reserve the right to split orders into small parcels and/or change couriers at any time, for any reason.

Express delivery takes 2-3 working days if you order before 14:00 on a business day. Free shipping on orders over £30 does not apply to express delivery.

Our dispatch cut-off times and days are as follows:

Monday to Friday cut-off for same-day dispatch is 14:00 p.m.
Saturday cut-off is 11:30 a.m.
We do not dispatch orders on Sundays or Bank Holidays, simply because Royal Mail doesn’t collect on those days.
Any order placed after 11:30 a.m. on a Saturday will be collected by Royal Mail on Monday (or the next working day in the case of Bank Holiday weekends).

The delivery times quoted on our website are the times quoted to us by Royal Mail and are to be counted after an order has been dispatched, for most of the year Royal Mail exceeds these times for the vast majority of parcels, but at Christmas, these times could, in fact, be longer, the time quoted is as a guide and not a promise, please understand we are manufacturer and not a courier, we work tirelessly to dispatch your order on time, and have a 99.2% success rate at getting your order picked up by Royal Mail on time, but once it is with Royal Mail they are in control.

The delivery cost is calculated automatically when you checkout; the cost is based on the weight of the items you have purchased and the delivery address. On the first page of the shopping cart, there is the option to ‘Estimate Shipping & Taxes’, by ticking this radio box, the cost of shipping your item will be automatically calculated.

You can only calculate the delivery cost after adding the products to your shopping cart and proceeding to checkout

International Delivery Times & Cost:

Standard delivery to all major European cities (including the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands) usually takes 10 working days. We will choose the courier depending on the final destination of your purchase. We regularly deliver throughout Europe.

The delivery cost to other European countries is calculated automatically when you checkout.

International shipments can sometimes be subject to taxes and tariffs by customs from countries outside of the UK. These could be fees payable to customs and import duties and additional taxes applied under the country’s laws the orders are destined for or are transiting through.

The cost paid to TheNaturalHealthMarket.co.uk does not cover these costs. TheNaturalHealthMarket.co.uk are not responsible for any additional fees, taxes or tariffs incurred, and we have no way of calculating or predicting what cost may be incurred, if any.

Any additional fees or charges, whether levied by customs officials or any other department, are the purchaser’s sole responsibility.

If you have any doubts or are unsure of your country’s customs rules and regulations, you should contact them and check in advance of placing an order with us. Certain foods and supplements can cause problems with customs and border agencies. When you place an order with us, you are considered the importer of these products, and your responsibility is to ensure the products comply with your country’s import policy.

Extra Delivery Information:

All quoted delivery time scales here can be subject to change. Our selected couriers abide by these usual times and have quoted us. We are not responsible for any delays that the courier incurs.

We reserve the right to send your order in multiple parcels, which may be dispatched at the same or separate times; you will be notified of this in advance.

When we refer to working days, we mean Monday to Saturday; it does not include Sundays or any Bank holidays. The quoted delivery times are for 90% of the British Isles; for more remote locations, such as the Scottish Highlands and the Isle of Man may well take longer.


We have comprehensive 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed if you are not happy with the product you have received for whatever reason you can return it to us within 30 days for a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
