What's inside — and what isn't
Most turmeric capsules on the market contain a fraction of active botanical — padded out with bulking agents, binders, and flowing agents. Ours contain exactly two ingredients, both active:
- Organic Turmeric Root Powder (Curcuma longa) — 500mg per capsule, ~5% curcuminoids
- Organic Black Pepper Powder (Piper nigrum) — 15mg per capsule
No magnesium stearate. No silicon dioxide. No fillers of any kind. The capsule shell is HPMC — a plant cellulose material, making it 100% vegan-friendly.

How to take them
Take up to four capsules daily with water, ideally with food. You can take them all at once or spread throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of four capsules.

Frequently asked questions
What does "~5% curcuminoids" mean?
Curcuminoids are the naturally occurring compounds found in turmeric root, of which curcumin is the most studied. Standard turmeric root powder typically contains around 2–3% curcuminoids. Our turmeric contains approximately 5% — around double — giving you a higher level of these compounds per capsule without the need for synthetic concentration.
How much turmeric is in each capsule?
500mg of organic turmeric root powder per capsule, alongside 15mg of organic black pepper powder. Both are active ingredients — there are no fillers or bulking agents in the formula.
Which size should I buy?
Each pot is a one-month supply. If you plan to take 2 capsules a day, choose the 60. For 3 a day, choose the 90. For the full daily intake of 4 capsules, choose the 120. All sizes are available in a tin or paper pouch.
Is turmeric better absorbed with black pepper?
Black pepper contains piperine, a compound widely studied for its role in supporting the bioavailability of other nutrients. Pairing turmeric with black pepper is a long-standing Ayurvedic tradition and increasingly the subject of scientific interest.
Are these capsules vegan?

What's the difference between the tin and the pouch?
The aluminium tin is reusable — keep it and refill with a paper pouch on your next order. The 100% paper refill pouch is designed to decant directly into the tin and reduces packaging on repeat orders. Both are plastic-free.
How should I store them?

To be honest i take them for joint aches.
Now i ddint think they were working as i would be the first to go for ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain relief..

We are acutely aware of our environmental impact and take every possible action to lighten our footprint, such as being one of the first supplement brands to become plastic-free while offering plastic-free letterbox-friendly refill pouches.
