A good drink to start the day. Like the fact it has many of the much needed amino acids and minerals.
I have been using spirulina powder, 1 level tea spoon for 9 weeks now and this has reduced some anti-inflammatory issues. Furthermore, I feel more alert and energised. Liaised with my GP to verify the above and so far, no reason to stop using spirulina. Bloods taken to determine no side effects.

I take vitamin B and thiamine on pre****ption and my neighbour suggested I try spirulina as a natural supplement in smoothies.
She also said it would give the smoothies a vivid colour as she knows I'm always trying to make different coloured smoothies. I'll probably order some of the blue spirulina soon

I've given it 5 stars as I have no reason to doubt the product. It is does not make a pleasant drink in water and it doesn't dissolve very well, but I think it may have helped reduce my cholesterol. I trust it is very good for me so will carry on taking it.

All good, spiralina is helping me recover from training quicker, mix with beetroot juice and orange juice to help absorb the iron doesn't smell good obvs but tastes fine
The bee pollen granulles's package was too small, very little amount hence very expensive, not worthy buying again; and generally the same with the other products.
Besides considering the cost of the shipping it is dissapointing is not a track and signed service, they just leave it by the dor outside so anone may take it and leave, or anyone at the house (as most people in UK forcely have to share the house with with unkown people). It's an expensive and risky experience with no guarantee. I'm not buying again

I have been mixing the powder with water or juice as a morning drink, but I find it does not all mix, so that it is not all drunk down. This is my first time using spirulina, and I realise I would rather buy it in tablet form. easier to ensure you get the full dose and you escape the 'swampy' taste.
