Our Organic Coconut Sugar is farmed in Indonesia and meets European Organic Standards and certified by the Soil Association in Great Britain; It has dark golden brown colouration and subtly sweet taste with strong caramel notes.
Our Coconut sugar is whole and unprocessed, it isn't mixed with any binders or fillers and has no preservatives, colouring or flavouring added.
Coconut Palm Sugar Vs Palm Sugar
Coconut sugar also called Coconut Palm Sugar, but shouldn't be confused with Palm Sugar, which comes from the Palm tree, as the name implies.
