Great service,fast delivery
Wanted to start taking this again because I listened to an expert talking about the benefits of taking a vitamin C powder in warm water, 5g on an empty stomach. Apparently it kills harmful bacteria in the stomach. I discovered very quickly that something good is definitely happening as I feel more comfortable - previously I very quickly felt bloated and more hungry than was reasonable. Now I don’t feel the need to cram food into me and am more able to stick to my choice of 2 meals a day intermittent fasting. I am a post menopausal woman who has a healthy lifestyle but I struggle not to be overweight and have struggled with good gut health. Flavour is nice too, fruity. Quality of the powder is high.
