First came across this tea on holiday in Egypt decades ago and have since learned of its anti-inflammatory properties. I don’t like ordinary tea and hibiscus makes a nice change to coffee throughout the day. For a sweet tooth add a spoonful of honey for a warming winter drink, or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cool one, so versatile. Great price and super-fast delivery, won’t need to look elsewhere for my supplies.

I found it difficult to find a ginger tea without any additions (like liquorice) and have been very impressed by this ginger tea. It’s delicious on its own but occasionally I will add a little honey. A new favourite drink for me.

This ashwagandha from NHM really does work , they use the root which is the strongest and best form of ashwagandha which most other outlets dont do and within a few days of taking it the differences are very obvious , bought vitamins for many years from many outlets and NHM are just about the most ethical and fairly priced company i have ever come across , free first class delivery and free phone number i use to place my orders very hard to think of a better organic outlet than natural health market ---

We never thought we can get Ginger like this, fantastic. We use 1 heaped tablespoon in a strainer teapot when family begin to have sniffles or a rough throat and this knocks it all out. We also brew it with hibiscus leaves and cloves...AMAZING!!! Will continue to purchase from this company.

What a stunning find, for me one of the most authentic tasting hibiscus teas I have had the pleasure of drinking and buying, if this is your tipple I certainly recommend it.

Having lived in the far east for some time I used fresh lemon grass boiled to make a tea to help lower my blood pressure. It appeared to do this. Now living in the U.K. I discovered that Natural Health sold tea lemon grass tea bags. They make a nice tea and hopefully keep me healthy.
