While Barley Grass and Wheatgrass in their pure forms are considered gluten-free, it matters how they're harvested and how products containing them are produced. Gluten is contained in the seed of the wheat and Wheatgrasses. Therefore, if a farmer allows some grasses to begin producing seeds before harvest, then that particular crop will contain gluten or have gluten exposure. While our grass powders are from quality, respected sources, and we do not believe they are harvested with any seeds, we recommend that anyone with celiac disease or gluten-free diet issues avoid any product containing Barley or Wheatgrass that's not explicitly tested to be gluten-free.
As a small shop, we don't have the resources to test this product independently, so we do not market it as gluten-free.

Good products and service.
I’ve bought products from this company for a few years now. The products are good quality. I like the packaging as I can use tins for storage. The delivery is prompt. Recommended.
First came across this tea on holiday in Egypt decades ago and have since learned of its anti-inflammatory properties. I don’t like ordinary tea and hibiscus makes a nice change to coffee throughout the day. For a sweet tooth add a spoonful of honey for a warming winter drink, or chill in the fridge for a refreshing cool one, so versatile. Great price and super-fast delivery, won’t need to look elsewhere for my supplies.
I found it difficult to find a ginger tea without any additions (like liquorice) and have been very impressed by this ginger tea. It’s delicious on its own but occasionally I will add a little honey. A new favourite drink for me.

My wife and I love the taste and it is comforting to know that this is an entirely organic product. The flavour is subtle, rather than strong, which will suit those who want the health benefits but are concerned that the ginger may be overpowering. This ashwagandha from NHM really does work , they use the root which is the strongest and best form of ashwagandha which most other outlets dont do and within a few days of taking it the differences are very obvious , bought vitamins for many years from many outlets and NHM are just about the most ethical and fairly priced company i have ever come across , free first class delivery and free phone number i use to place my orders very hard to think of a better organic outlet than natural health market ---
We never thought we can get Ginger like this, fantastic. We use 1 heaped tablespoon in a strainer teapot when family begin to have sniffles or a rough throat and this knocks it all out. We also brew it with hibiscus leaves and cloves...AMAZING!!! Will continue to purchase from this company.
What a stunning find, for me one of the most authentic tasting hibiscus teas I have had the pleasure of drinking and buying, if this is your tipple I certainly recommend it.
Having lived in the far east for some time I used fresh lemon grass boiled to make a tea to help lower my blood pressure. It appeared to do this. Now living in the U.K. I discovered that Natural Health sold tea lemon grass tea bags. They make a nice tea and hopefully keep me healthy.
These teabags only contain chopped ginger- no additives or artificial flavours.
Can make them weak or strong. Great alternative to black tea, ginger a natural immunity booster
