Organic Moringa Leaf Capsules — 500mg | Pure Moringa oleifera

Our organic moringa leaf capsules contain a single ingredient: certified organic moringa leaf powder (Moringa oleifera), grown in India and encapsulated at our family-run facility in Leicestershire. Each capsule delivers 500mg of pure moringa leaf — nothing else added, no fillers, no binders, no flowing agents. Soil Association certified, plastic-free, and one of our most popular supplements.

Which size is right for you?

Each pot is designed as a one-month supply at its intended daily dose — but you choose how many capsules you take each day.

Size Suggested daily dose Moringa leaf powder per day Supply at stated dose
60 Capsules 2 capsules 1,000mg 30 days
90 Capsules 3 capsules 1,500mg 30 days
120 Capsules 4 capsules 2,000mg 30 days

Prefer a lower daily dose? A 120-capsule pot lasts up to two months at two capsules per day — giving you the flexibility to find the amount that works for you. Available on subscribe-and-save plans with 1, 2 or 3-monthly delivery intervals.

Every size comes in our reusable aluminium tin or our 100% paper refill pouch — both plastic-free and kerbside recyclable.

What's inside — and what isn't

Most capsule supplements contain more than just the active ingredient. Ours don't. One ingredient, one capsule material — that's the complete list.

  • Organic Moringa Leaf Powder (Moringa oleifera) — 500mg per capsule

No magnesium stearate. No silicon dioxide. No fillers of any kind.

The capsule shell is made from Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) — a plant-derived cellulose, entirely free from gelatine and suitable for vegans.

Why moringa leaf?

Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a fast-growing tree native to the foothills of the Himalayas, cultivated widely across South Asia and sub-Saharan Africa. Its leaves have been used in Ayurvedic and traditional herbal practice for centuries — long before the modern supplement industry took notice. Today moringa leaf is popularly described as "nature's multivitamin" in recognition of its unusually broad and varied nutritional profile. Our capsules use leaf powder sourced from India, where moringa has the longest history of documented traditional use.

Why choose ours?

  • 500mg pure moringa leaf per capsule. A meaningful dose at full strength — no dilution, no padding with fillers.
  • Completely additive-free. No flowing agents, no anti-caking agents, no binders — just organic moringa leaf powder in an HPMC shell.
  • Soil Association certified organic. The UK's most rigorous organic certification, independently audited every year.
  • Made in-house in Leicestershire. Milled, encapsulated, and packed by our small family team in a SALSA-approved facility — not outsourced to a contract manufacturer.
  • Plastic-free packaging. Reusable aluminium tin or 100% paper refill pouch — both kerbside recyclable.
  • Vegan HPMC capsule shell. Plant-derived cellulose, no gelatine, suitable for all diets.

How to take them

Take 2 to 4 capsules daily with water, ideally with food. You can split the dose throughout the day — for example, two capsules in the morning and one or two with an evening meal. Many people find starting at two capsules per day and adjusting from there works well. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of four capsules.

Frequently asked questions

What are moringa leaf capsules used for?

Moringa leaf (Moringa oleifera) has been used in Ayurvedic and traditional herbal practice for centuries, valued for its broad nutritional profile. Today it is commonly taken as a daily food supplement. We do not make specific health claims — if you are looking for guidance on whether moringa is right for your circumstances, a qualified nutritional therapist or your GP is the best person to advise.

Why is moringa called "nature's multivitamin"?

It is a popular colloquial description, not a regulated claim. It reflects the fact that moringa leaf has an unusually broad and varied nutritional profile compared to most single-ingredient botanicals — something that has been recognised in traditional herbal systems for a very long time.

How much moringa is in each capsule?

Each capsule contains 500mg of certified organic moringa leaf powder. The daily dose ranges from 1,000mg (2 capsules) to 2,000mg (4 capsules) depending on which size you choose and how many you take each day.

How many moringa capsules should I take per day?

We suggest 2 to 4 capsules per day. Each of our pot sizes is designed as a 30-day supply at its intended dose: 60 capsules at 2 per day, 90 at 3, and 120 at 4. If you prefer a lower daily dose, a 120-capsule pot gives you up to two months' supply at two capsules a day.

When is the best time to take moringa capsules?

With food is generally preferred — either with a morning meal, an evening meal, or split between the two. There is no fixed rule; consistency matters more than timing. Taking them with food simply makes them easier on the stomach for some people.

Are there any side effects from taking moringa capsules?

Moringa leaf has a long history of traditional use and is generally considered well tolerated. As with any supplement, if you have a pre-existing medical condition, take prescription medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your GP before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of four capsules.

Which size should I buy?

If you are new to moringa, the 60-capsule size at two capsules a day is a practical starting point for a full month. The 90 and 120-capsule sizes offer better value per capsule; the 120 is also ideal if you prefer a lower daily dose and want two months' supply in one pot.

Are these capsules vegan?

Yes. The shells are made from HPMC (Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), a plant-derived cellulose. There is no gelatine and no animal-derived ingredient anywhere in the product.

Where are these moringa capsules made?

The moringa leaf is grown in India. It is then milled and encapsulated by our family-run team in Leicestershire, UK, in a SALSA-approved production facility.

What's the difference between the tin and the pouch?

The reusable aluminium tin is solid, resealable, and built to last for years. The 100% paper refill pouch contains exactly the same product — it is letterbox-friendly and designed to be decanted into your tin once empty. Both are plastic-free and kerbside recyclable.

How should I store moringa capsules?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the tin or pouch sealed between uses. Avoid humid environments such as bathrooms, which can affect the powder inside the capsules.
