How to brew

Place one temple bag in a mug and pour over freshly boiled water. Steep for 3–5 minutes for a warming, spicy cup — or leave the bag in for a stronger, more intense brew. The longer it steeps, the more heat you'll get. Add a slice of fresh lemon or a small amount of honey if you like; both complement the ginger without masking it. To make iced ginger tea, brew as usual with boiling water, let it cool fully, then pour over ice.

Each temple bag can be resteeped once for a lighter second cup.
