I’ve been taking Vitamin D for a while from another brand and happened to read an article on caking agents and fillers in supplements - the brand I was using had some ingredients I wasn’t happy taking so made the switch and am happier knowing I’m taking something that’s good for me!

Docs wanted to put me on a third BP med but taking Habiscus tea dropped it sufficiently to make it not necessary 👍

Fabulous flavour tea bags

Lovely tea. I have started to use this because I have digestive problems. Early days but mt digestive system feels calmer. I love the taste, it is not too harsh I originally ordered a small quantity to see if I liked it. I will be ordering more today. I like the idea that tea is produced in Britain from sustainable materials as it keeps my carbon footprint small. I also like the fact that it is organic so good for the environment. A winner all round. I like to support a small company as we should try to get back to this way of being.

This is my second bag. I can't start the day without and after years of quite mediocre tea bags I'm glad I switched. It tastes fresh and not at all bitter, even when I accidentally steep it for half an hour.
