Some people may experience an elevated heart rate after consuming excessive amounts of Maca Root Powder, start with a small amount and increase until you find the right amount for your body.
You should adjust the amount you consume based on your weight, overall health and age.
As with all nutrient-dense foods we recommend starting off with a small amount and building up.
Maca powder is versatile and has an inoffensive taste. Therefore, it is easily combined with a broad range of food and drink. Although it can be quickly baked into bars and cakes, we recommend using it in smoothies.
Mixed into smoothies Maca Powder can be taken quickly, and it's easier to consume the exact amount required.
