    Turmeric Tea, also known as Turmeric Milk or Golden Milk, has been drunk for centuries in India. It is still loved to this day due to several health-boosting properties. Though many sites are explaining the health benefits of Turmeric, including the BBC, read the article here) we are going dive straight in and share a great yet simple recipe that is quick to prepare and tastes great!


    • 3 Cups of semi-skimmed milk (this can be replaced with unsweetened almond or coconut milk)
    • 2 Organic Natural Health Market Turmeric Tea Bags
    • 1 Organic Natural Health Market Herbal Chai Tea Bags
    • 1 Tsp Honey
    • Pinch of Cinamon (Optional)


    Take a small saucepan and heat the milk for 3 to 5 minutes, ensuring it does not boil.

    Add the Turmeric and Chai tea bags to the milk, allowing them to infuse for 5 - 8 minutes. If you prefer stronger flavours, we recommend leaving them to infuse for 10 minutes.

    Remove the tea bags and gently stir in the honey until completely absorbed.

    Pour the golden milk into your favourite cups and sprinkle with some cinnamon for added flavour.
