Our organic goji berries have been grown on the Tibetan plateau under organic growing conditions and have been air dried to retain the maximum nutrition in each berry.

Goji berries are one of the cornerstones of the 'superfood' revolution and have been widely consumed throughout Asia for centuries, both as raw fresh snacks and an ingredient in indigenous cooking.
It must be noted that some of the vitamin C content can be lost during the drying process; however, this is the same for all fruits and berries.
Goji berries are a source of good quality protein including all 8 essential amino acids vitamins A, B, C and E as well as over 20 mineral elements including iron, selenium and calcium.

I ordered the big pack so that I would have plenty of these delicious dried berries to put on my breakfast museli, greek yogurt and oat milk each morning - great way to start the day! Delicious goji berries! Not too sweet but plenty of flavour. Soften when added to milk on cereal or yogurt. Just the right size.

I had been reading about the benefits of goji berries so decided to buy from NHM, delivery was quick, and compared to supermarket prices they are good value for money as you can buy different size bags to suit your needs. Resealable bag help to keep the berries fresh too ! I use them with my breakfast cereal and for snacking. I will purchase them again.
