We never thought we can get Ginger like this, fantastic. We use 1 heaped tablespoon in a strainer teapot when family begin to have sniffles or a rough throat and this knocks it all out. We also brew it with hibiscus leaves and cloves...AMAZING!!! Will continue to purchase from this company.
