The acai berry’s naturally deep purple colour is thanks to compounds, which belong to a molecule family called flavonoids, which are antioxidants. I started taking psyllium as a recommendation from my nutritionist and, firstly, I tried a few different brands but the powder would always get clumpy when I tried to blend it in my smoothie. I found these yerbe mate teabags totally by accident. Knowing they were from 'The Natural Health Market' I knew they would be good as I've been getting my Habiscus tea from them too. Never a let down. I put a bit of honey with mine and they taste great and are very smooth. 😁

I find these are great as an anti inflammatory ...
To be honest i take them for joint aches.
Now i ddint think they were working as i would be the first to go for ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain relief..
But i did not want to rely on pharmaceutical pills...
I researched a good organic alternative and turmeric n black peeper came up all the time...
Now i didnt think they were working so good until i had run out and had not orerded another batch on time..
But i tell ya they work as a great anti inflammatory and eased my pain brillantly.
I now cannot live without them..
And i avoid ibuprofen all the time since i have these.
I will definitely reorder this product again and service is great

never give reviews ever but i feel natural health market deserve my support for the quality of there products , one of the very few outlets in the uk maybe the only one that does not fill there health products with " fillers , bulking agents ," and other rubbish , and god knows what else that probably does the human body no good at all - very ethical company that uses just pure natural organic produce in there products and there large acai capsules are the perfect example of this , deep purple 100% pure acai powder ( none of the wishy washy pink muck you get with other outlets ) combine that with very fair pricing , free first class delivery and the natural health market are a very rare gem of a company in the organic world of vitamin outlets ---
