I started taking psyllium as a recommendation from my nutritionist and, firstly, I tried a few different brands but the powder would always get clumpy when I tried to blend it in my smoothie. This one is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! It blends so well, I don't even notice it's there. And the fact that it's organic just makes everything so much better.
I’ve been taking these capsules as a hormone balancer and I’m really happy with them. I previously ordered these from a different company but definitely prefer the quality and price point of these.
I found these yerbe mate teabags totally by accident. Knowing they were from 'The Natural Health Market' I knew they would be good as I've been getting my Habiscus tea from them too. Never a let down. I put a bit of honey with mine and they taste great and are very smooth. 😁

I find these are great as an anti inflammatory ...
To be honest i take them for joint aches.
Now i ddint think they were working as i would be the first to go for ibuprofen and paracetamol for pain relief..
But i did not want to rely on pharmaceutical pills...
I researched a good organic alternative and turmeric n black peeper came up all the time...
Now i didnt think they were working so good until i had run out and had not orerded another batch on time..
But i tell ya they work as a great anti inflammatory and eased my pain brillantly.
I now cannot live without them..
And i avoid ibuprofen all the time since i have these.
I take this on a regular basis, as helps keep my fibre intake up and keeps things regular!
