This cacao is very good, it tastes like the best, and I've tried a few. It comes from a good source and is such good value, I can highly recommend it. I don't cook with it, as I don't want to destroy the polyphenols.
We have been buying this for years. We are big coffee in the morning people. However, we now enjoy this tea as a nice alternative. We haven't given up coffee but have definitely reduced how many morning coffees we have.
