Ingredients 3 Cups of semi-skimmed milk (this can be replaced with unsweetened almond or coconut milk) 2 Organic Natural Health Market Turmeric Tea Bags 1 Organic Natural Health Market Herbal Chai Tea Bags 1 Tsp Honey Pinch of Cinamon (Optional) Method Take a small saucepan and heat the milk for 3 to 5 minutes ensuring it does not boil. Add the Turmeric and Chai tea bags to the milk allowing them to infuse for around 5 - 8 minutes. If you prefer stronger flavours we recommend leaving them to infuse in for 10 minutes.
