Chlorella V Spirulina

We often get asked which is best or which we prefer, spirulina and Chlorella, and it is not that choice. They are two very similar products with very similar uses. Both are excellent at what they do, and you should choose which one to use based on your needs and circumstances.

There is an article dedicated to spirulina that can be read here. However, we firmly suggest you do so before using either of these nutrition supplements to ensure you take the one most suited to your needs.

In brief, spirulina probably has more excellent nutritional value. Still, Chlorella is a better antioxidant, particularly good at removing heavy metals that build up in the body, such as mercury. Mercury gets into the body from a wide variety of sources. It can be in our food. For example, tuna has high mercury levels, vaccinations, and the pots and pans used to cook the food we eat.

We have so much information on our website so our customers can make informed decisions about the nutrition they choose to ingest.
